Technical Competence - Questions came back around whether we provide tips and tricks + counselling, which is important for them. Consider revising name so that it better aligns to Pipeline Performance. VD Description also talks a lot about the what (capabilities) rather than the value. Revise.
Creative Excellence - Should add "to stand out from the crowd" into description

Outcomes:
Improve Satisfaction - not clear if this is customer or internal?
Pipeline Complexity and Cost - not clear to people
